About the Author

Mike Olsen is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over 30 years of experience at leading global cyber security firms including Deloitte & Touche, VeriSign, Symantec, FireEye, Agari, and Hunters. He currently works at Panther Labs. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations understand and defend against a relentless wave of digital threats through the frameworks that protect global networks. His professional insights are complemented by his perspective as a lifelong disciple of Jesus Christ, having served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Guatemala (1988 to 1990). This book is deeply motivated by his love for his eight children and three grandsons. A graduate of Brigham Young University with a Master of Accounting and Information Systems (1994), he and his family reside in the Dallas, Texas area.
